To enhance our development in Germany, we are looking for microelectronic engineer for our client in Munich.

1. Layout verification and analysis:
  Flow development and support for DRC (design rule check), LVS, ERC
2. Library Development and usage
  Standart cell libraries, synthesis, standard cell flow.
3. Product engineering and tests (memory products)
  Definition and writting of software tests.
4. Analog and digital design (cadence)
5. Digital and analog full custom layout (Cadence Virtuoso, Cadence Assura)
6. Converting of mixed signal devices in digital devices DC/DC

Profil:
- Engineer in the field of electronic, microelectronic or physics
- Experience in the field of semiconductors and if possible in the field of D-RAM
- Experience with Cadence (Assura, Virtuoso), Magma
- Good communication skills
- Fluent English is required
